Bro Bob Mitchell, our RWM, accompanied by Bro Tom Stott RWM 1267, Bro John Brash PM 757, and Bro Dougie Sneddon PM 151, (coincidentally all HM's of 1428!) journeyed through to the Neptune Masonic Centre in Clifford Street Glasgow for what turned out to be a wonderful evening. A slideshow of some of the photographs is below, but first, here's a note on the night's proceedings from Bob . . .

"On Friday the 17th June, I visited Lodge Regal No 1422 to witness a 1st Degree carried out by the RWM’s from various Lodges in Glasgow.
On the night Bro Archie Chalmers the RWPGM of Ayrshire and 23 RWM’s were in attendance.
RWM Bro Jim Gold Jnr of Lodge Regal handed the gavel to Bro David Kennedy of Lodge Neptune No 419 to carry out the 1st Degree.
As one of the RWM's from Glasgow could not attend I was given the opportunity to join the degree team and delivered the Great Lights, Antient Penalty and the Pillars.
In all 16 RWM’s participated in the degree. After the degree each visiting RWM was presented a Lodge Regal No 1422 shot glass to mark the occasion.
At the conclusion of the Degree we retired to the Harmony Hall where Lodge hospitality was extended to all the visitors."
